The goal of CASPolska Association is to facilitate access to information on oncological diseases.

In order to accomplish the goal referred to above, within the framework of the project entitled "Transparency of Drugs Reimbursement in Poland.Oncology", which is.co-financed by the European Union Fund, we have created a database of Directives and.Clinical and Reimbursement Recommendations (WiRKliR). The WiRKliR database is accessible to general public.

The findings of the Karolinska Institutet Report indicate that the differences in patients' accessibility to innovative technologies exert a considerable impact on the curability of oncological patients. Patients who undergo oncological treatment in Poland and a few other countries (Great Britain, Norway, the Czech Republic, Hungary) are not treated using modern and effective methods.
