• To provide objective, evidence-based scientific information in the field of Evidence-Based Health Care (EBHC)
  
• To present the initiatives related to EBHC in Europe and in the world.
  
• To create a network of cooperation between specialists and leaders in the fields related to EBHC
  
• To integrate people striving to rationalize a health care system
  
• To promote and support the achievements of the Polish scientists working in the field of EBM, HTA, EBHC, and in particular the HTA Agency.
  
• To show alternative decisions and experience facilitating an effective management of information, so that decision-making and the activity comprising legislation and system solutions in the field of health care could become more effective and protect and support the health of society
